Are you thinking about becoming a teacher in the future? Consider taking Teachers for Tomorrow. Email Mrs. Kramer for an application. The first application deadline this year is May 15th.
There will be a mandatory meeting for all students who requested a Dual Enrollment class next year. A representative from Blue Ridge Community College will be present during the first part of Advisory today. The meeting will be during 1st lunch in the library. You will hear information about the application process, starting your college transcript, and grade requirements. There will be a time for questions. Please plan to attend.
Attention Juniors: If you are interested in learning more about graduating this summer, please stop by guidance and speak with your counselor.
Attention current freshman, sophomores, and juniors: If you are failing a core class this year and need to take it again in summer school, please stop by guidance to pick up a form. Additionally, if you are an underclassman who would like to take Economics over the summer (online), stop by and pick up the registration information. Economics is the only new class students can take. Summer school will begin June 8 and you will be completing the class online at home. See Mrs. Shifflett or a guidance counselor with questions or more information.
