Today is the final day to submit SCA & Class Officer videos and applications to Mrs. Shepard. Videos will be shown in advisory on Monday, May 11th and voting will take place on Tuesday, May 12th.

Are you looking for a fun way to recognize a teacher during Teacher Appreciation Week? Students will be set up during both lunch shifts Monday through Thursday next week selling tattoos for teachers. Prices range from $1 to $5. Help support our Ed Rising Club and show your appreciation to your favorite teachers! See Mrs. K in room 105 with any questions.

There will be a mandatory meeting for all students who requested a Dual Enrollment class next year. A representative from Blue Ridge Community College will be present during the first part of Advisory on Wednesday, May 6. You will hear information about the application process, starting your college transcript, and grade requirements. There will be a time for questions. Please plan to attend.

The Health Department will be at TA on Tuesday, May 5 to give the Meningitis A vaccine. If you are 16 years or older and want to get the Meningitis Vaccine here at TA, please see Nurse Brandi ASAP for permission forms and more information. This vaccine is required before you start your Senior year of High School.

Attention Juniors:  If you are interested in learning more about graduating this summer, please stop by guidance and speak with your counselor.

Attention current freshman, sophomores, and juniors:  If you are failing a core class this year and need to take it again in summer school, please stop by guidance to pick up a form.  Additionally, if you are an underclassman who would like to take Economics over the summer (online), stop by and pick up the registration information. Economics is the only new class students can take. Summer school will begin June 8 and you will be completing the class online at home.  See Mrs. Shifflett or a guidance counselor with questions or more information.
